8. SMS Terms & Conditions
Program description
Access 1 Properties offers a conversational text-messaging program that lets us respond to your inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and send updates about the status of your request. Messages are sent only to customers and prospective customers who have asked to communicate with us by text.
How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile phone number to Access 1 Properties and asking us to communicate with you by text — for example, by calling or texting our office, by telling a member of our team in person, or by requesting text updates through the chat feature on the Site. The Site does not contain online forms, and we do not collect phone numbers through forms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text message from us to cancel.
